Copenhagen Fashion Week shares its 2023-2025 Action Plan

Today, we share our 2023-2025 Action Plan marking our headway to the coming three years.

Building strongly on our first Action Plan launched in 2020, this Action Plan expands on areas we see further potential in while also setting new targets.

Copenhagen Fashion Week remains firm on our journey to keep using our platform to bring about change in the industry and to challenge ourselves in the way we operate our business. As such, the Action Plans present how Copenhagen Fashion Week aims to reduce its climate impact and resource consumption while fostering partnerships and driving sustainability efforts in the industry through the Sustainability Requirements.

Commenting on the 2023-2025 Action Plan, CEO Cecilie Thorsmark notes:“With less than seven years left to combat the severe impacts of climate change and with legislation underway in the EU based on the Textiles Strategy, we’re now entering the next stage of our sustainability strategy at a time when it’s even more urgent for the global community to accelerate their vital work to decarbonise operations and supply chains.”
