Show & Presentation Schedule Information

Copenhagen Fashion Week has incorporated runway shows and presentations as two formats that encompass the official show & presentation schedule.

This merge allows for a more expressive offering towards formats, partaking brands and reflect the Nordic fashion industry's creative landscape.

Payment Terms

A criterion for participation in Copenhagen Fashion Week is to strictly follow the payment terms. Invoices which remain unpaid will result in the brands exclusion from the show & presentation schedule.

Danish Fashion Ethical Charter

Brands must sign and agree to align with the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter. The brands who have not yet signed the document will receive it separately. Read more about the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter here. When partaking at Copenhagen Fashion Week, brands agree to consider diversity and inclusion for models as well as staff.

Sustainability Requirements

As part of the application, all brands must fill in the Sustainability Requirements survey to ensure compliance with CPHFW's Minimum Standards. The Sustainability Requirements survey can be found in the Show & Presentation Schedule application form.

CPHFW NEWTALENT scheme presented by Pandora

CPHFW NEWTALENT is a talent support scheme established by Copenhagen Fashion Week to nurture, develop, and promote emerging Nordic talent on a global scale.

As a brand part of the CPHFW NEWTALENT scheme, you are an active member for a total of 3 seasons. After 3 seasons, one will move on to becoming part of the talent Alumni scheme.

The brands commit to do a show or a presentation as part of the Copenhagen Fashion Week official show & presentation schedule for each of the three seasons. Please note, a minimum of one show format must be held by the brands across the three seasons in the timespan of being actively part of CPHFW NEWTALENT.
