Director of Communications & Marketing
Copenhagen Fashion Week is hiring a Director of Communications & Marketing to ensure the continued growth and exposure of Copenhagen Fashion Week and to lead positioning, media and reputation across the Nordics and internationally.
Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of three plus freelancers, you will shape how Copenhagen Fashion Week, its brands and its community are seen - and deliver growing impact season after season.
- Secure the growth of CPHFW's exposure and press coverage across Nordic and international media, and build relationships with key titles and stakeholders
- Lead communications, digital and marketing across social, digital, print and OOH - including partner communications and media partnerships
- Oversee the International Guest Program, ensuring strong outcomes and KPI’s
- Oversee the talk program, coordinating topics, speakers, moderators in close collaboration with Director of Production and Director of Global Partnerships and Strategic Alliances.
- Oversee the continued growth of CPHFW NEWTALENT and the communications of the scheme as well as the seasonal campaigns in close collaboration with Head of Brand Relations and Communications
- Build the annual Show & Presentation Committee with the Head of Communications & Brand Relations, ensuring it reflects a relevant cross-section of key industry representatives
- Own seasonal reporting for brands and partners, plus key briefs and digital assets
- Support the CEO across media and interviews
- Manage a team of three (communications, digital and social media), the web developer as well as the budgets for the department as well as CPHFW NEWTALENT
- Work closely with the Director of Global Partnerships and Strategic Alliances and Director of Production and Culture to roll out partnership projects, other initiatives as well as special projects
- A senior communications leader who thinks in terms of positioning and reputation, not just channels
- Strong existing relationships across fashion and lifestyle media, Nordic and international
- Confident managing teams, budgets and external partners
- Calm and delivery-focused under the pressure of a seasonal calendar

Partnership & Project Intern
Copenhagen Fashion Week is now looking for a Partnership & Project Intern to join the Partnerships & Special Projects department for 6 months, with a start date of 18 August, 2026.
As Partnership & Project Intern you will be part of our ambitious Partnerships & Special Projects department. You will work directly under Ann-Sophie Choi, Director of Global Partnerships and Strategic Alliances, and will be trusted with supporting areas across the planning and execution of activities related to CPHFW’s partnerships and CPHFW projects.
Your tasks:
- Support across overseeing of commercial partnerships and their activations during CPHFW AW27
- Ensuring that all Partner Service related activities are planned and executed successfully, incl. coordination with brands on the official Show Schedule AW27
- Various ad hoc tasks related to the planning and execution of CPHFW AW27 taking place 1 - 5 February 2027
Your competences:
- You are extremely organised and motivated
- You have great experience with Office Excel
- You have an understanding of what it takes to manage projects. Previous work experience with project management is a plus but not a requirement
- Structured, attention to detail, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player and has the courage for flexible working hours
Application:
The internship is unpaid for those receiving monetary support from SU and Dagpenge/A-kasse. For international applicants or those who have completed education Copenhagen Fashion Week offers a one time renumeration payment of 12,000 DKK for a 6 month internship placement.
