Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a Freelance Production Assistant
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Production Assistant to join our team for Fashion Week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, coordination, and time management, with an agile and positive attitude. This is a project-based position, with the possibility of ongoing collaboration for future events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of Fashion Week events, including runway shows, presentations, and other related activities.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including designers, models, sponsors, vendors, and other team members, to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines, and proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges.
- Assist in logistics management, including venue coordination, travel arrangements, equipment setup, and other event-related tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining documentation, organizing files, and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event production and coordination, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Positive and proactive approach, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive in a diverse environment with many nationalities and cultures and are fluent in English both orally and in writing.
- You are ambitious, outgoing, and have a high energy level.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the team and the event in a positive light.
Starting Date:
You must be available to our Head of Production & Brand Relations during the upcoming fashion week in week 32, 2023, more specifically 7th-11th of August. The official start date is no later than the 24th of July 2023, with the end date of the internship being mid-August 2023.

Communication Intern for Copenhagen Fashion Week
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a full-time Communications intern to join the Digital & Communications department for 6 months, starting preferably March 2023.
As Communications intern, you will be part of our ambitious Digital & Communications department. You will work directly under the Director of Digital & Communications, and will be trusted with supporting across all our external communications to our global audience.
Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creation of email newsletters
- Assist in creation of all PR press releases
- PR research and interaction across all our target and current territories
- Social Media content: supporting Director of Comms and implementing the communication strategy across SoMe platforms
- Support across PR Guest Program
- Support across Buyer Guest Program, confirmation of target territory coverage and interaction from key retailers
- Support across Hospitality Implementation Program
- Support across CPHFW Talk Schedule: logistics
- Work alongside SoMe freelancers
- Assist Head of Brand Relations with show schedule application logistics
- Additional ad hoc projects
- Updating CPHFW Databases
Your competencies:
- Experienced in Indesign, office suite and technically adept
- Experience across various social media channels
- Structured, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and a team player
- Proactive and positive attitude and a self-starter
Desired:
- Competent in Indesign, wordpress, websites

Digital & Creative Intern
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a full-time Digital & Creative intern to join the Digital & Communications department for 6 months, starting preferably mid April 2023.
As Digital & Creative intern, you will be part of our ambitious Digital & Communications department. You will work directly under the Graphic Designer & Digital Content Coordinator, and will be trusted with supporting across our digital omnichannels to our global audience.
Your tasks:
- Assist Graphic Designer & Digital Content Coordinator
- Assist Director of Digital and Communications
- Support CPHFW Website admin
- Support implementation of Digital livestream of CPHFW
- Support across digital implementation of commercial partnerships
- Creation of digital assets for website, newsletter and social channels
- Lead on all designer profiles asset collation and upload
- In charge of ensuring all CPHFW digital assets created and collated accordingly
- Ensuring alignment of SoMe content and Website content is aligned
- Monthly analysis of website analytics
Your competencies:
- Experience in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Website management such as WordPress
- Structured, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and a team player
- Experienced in the Office suite and technically adept
- Proactive and positive attitude and a self-starter
