Production & Culture Intern
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a structured and motivated Production & Culture Intern to join the department for 6 months, with a start date in March 2026.
You will join the organisation behind a fashion week that has gained international acclaim for our visionary approach to sustainability, and you will also join a team of highly dedicated colleagues whose work ethics are high. You will work directly under the Director of Production and Culture, and will be trusted with supporting across both departments.
- Support the coordination of events during fashion week
- Support the Director of Production & Culture in all production of Copenhagen Fashion Week’s own events and venues during fashion week, including the Opening Ceremony, Talk Programme, showrooms and dinners etc.
- Coordinate and assist on logistics, such as VIP car service, press busses, help desks etc.
- Coordinate a team of volunteers for fashion week
- Support in the development of the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter, and evelop and research ethical initiatives
- Writing, copywriting of initiatives for CPHFW website
- Various ad hoc tasks related to the planning and execution of CPHFW SS27 taking place 3-7 August 2026. Please note there may be extended working hours during Fashion Week.
- You have experience within the fashion industry and/or production
- Structured, attention to detail, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- You are structured and keep a firm hand on plans and overviews in excel
- You are ambitious, reliable and hard-working and have a high energy level
- You thrive in a workplace with many nationalities and where the working language is English.
- You are an empathetic team player who actively contributes to a warm social environment in the office
The internship is unpaid for those receiving monetary support from SU and Dagpenge/A-kasse. For international applicants or those who have completed education Copenhagen Fashion Week offers a one time renumeration payment of 8,000 DKK for a 6 month internship placement.

Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a multitalented digital native to lead our Social Media and digital content. The role will be working under the Senior Manager of Communications & Brand Relations.
This role will be in charge of leading and implementing exciting and innovative new strategies for all social media and taking responsibility for full execution of the company’s content and partnership content across but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters and digital articles.
- 10 month contract: March 2026 until December 2026
- Part time: 3 days per week from start through June 2026
- Full time: July through August 2026
- Part time: 3 days per week from September until December 2026
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Social Media and External Digital Platforms
- Own short and longer-term content strategy to increase engagement, create community, and build awareness of CPHFW across all social media and wider digital platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Substack
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Communications & Brand Relations to build relationships with external stakeholders such as affiliate networks, content publishers and brands for collaboration and content possibilities.
- Seasonal analytic insight catch ups to review outputs, subsequent performance, and conclusions for improvement
Newsletters
- Create and send out all newsletters across Vocast
- Newsletter sign up growth and seasonal analytic insights
Digital Content
- Creating articles for the website as part of both partner content and supporting the work of the Communications & Brand Relations department
- Partnership Comms – in dialogue with the Head of Global Partnerships and Partnerships team
- Create all partner comms and content plans across CPHFW digital channels, including social media, newsletters, website news
- Acting as the main point of contact for the respective external partners to ensure a smooth sign off procedure
- Cultivating impactful and far-reaching content to ensure successful partnership coverage and campaigns
- Collating and documenting all partner coverage both in excel spreadsheets and screenshots for digital analytics reports and post-fashion-week evaluations
TikTok
- Organising the seasonal TikTok creators each season, and acting as their main point of contact during their trip and coverage of the event
- Creating engaging and far-reaching coverage of each fashion week, alongside the coverage of the TikTok creators
- Creating interseasonal content to ensure the continued growth of the platform
Fashion Week Coverage
- Support the freelance Social Media Manager during the AW and SS editions with the coverage and documentation of each season
- Attending and filming shows & presentations, both backstage and FOH
- Attending and filming official events and the official talk program
- Attending and filming additional events and activations, namely the CPHFW Creative Hub during the summer
- Handling the execution of all external partner comms during each season, including arranging any photographic content with the dedicated photographers hired each season. Acting as main point of contact for the external partners should any issues arise – in dialogue with the Partnerships team
Team support
- Supporting the Senior Manager of Communications and Brand Relations with any ad-hoc tasks that might arise
- Supporting the Head of Global Partnerships with any ad-hoc tasks that might arise around partner comms
- Social media experience with proven success rate
- Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics
- Familiarity with video editing
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
- Creatively minded & innovative thinker, with a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of digital commerce, including commercial, marketing and platform analytics
- Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast paced environment
- High energy and positive attitude
