Digital Manager
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for an ambitious, positive and innovative Digital Manager to join the team full-time.
The opportunity will see a chance for someone to further the digital growth of a leading fashion week, and implement effective digital systems and improve our current outputs. The role will be based in the Copenhagen office.
This vacancy is a full-time position, with commencement date from 27 April 2026.
Web Management
- Manage full implementation of all hard builds to the website with the external web developer
- Responsible for all day-to-day updates of the website, ensuring all updates maintain visual continuity in line with look and feel of site
- Overseeing the upkeep of the CPHFW image bank and organising the timely update of all designer pages and the asset library
- Review website post-season and collate big builds and updates needed for forthcoming season
Digital Content
- Produce all digital & print marketing assets in Adobe Creative Suite, including all internal and external graphics, social media campaigns, OOH materials, print banners, and step-and-repeat walls
- Manage digital content platforms (Launchmetrics, Vocast, YouTube, Podbean, etc.)
- Oversee the seasonal digital analytics and partner reports, in liaison with the Communications & Brand Relations and Partnerships teams
- Maintain accurate and consistent partner logos and communications across web and newsletters
- Support the COO with ad-hoc digital and interseasonal projects
During CPHFW
- Manage relationships with videographers, photographers, and video editors, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery
- Oversee the turnover of all digital assets and video editing during Fashion Week, to be shared across web and socials
- Support the Communications & Brand Relations team with organising digital content across brands and events
- Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
- Experienced in graphic design, digital asset management, production, platform analytics, and digital workflows
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and technically adept
- No-code website management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
- Creatively minded & innovative thinker, with a collaborative mindset
- High energy and positive attitude
