Partnership & Project Intern

Copenhagen Fashion Week is now looking for a Partnership & Project Intern to join the Partnerships & Special Projects department for 6 months, with a start date of 19 February, 2026.

As Partnership & Project Intern you will be part of our ambitious Partnerships & Special Projects department. You will work directly under Ann-Sophie Choi, Head of Global Partnerships, and will be trusted with supporting areas across the planning and execution of activities related to CPHFW’s partnerships and CPHFW projects.

Your tasks:

  • Support across overseeing of commercial partnerships and their activations during CPHFW SS27
  • Ensuring that all Partner Service related activities are planned and executed successfully, incl. coordination with brands on the official Show Schedule SS27
  • Various ad hoc tasks related to the planning and execution of CPHFW SS27 taking place 3 - 7 August 2026

Your competences:

  • You are extremely organised and motivated
  • You have great experience with Office Excel
  • You have an understanding of what it takes to manage projects. Previous work experience with project management is a plus but not a requirement
  • Structured, attention to detail, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
  • Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player and has the courage for flexible working hours

Application:

The internship is unpaid for those receiving monetary support from SU and Dagpenge/A-kasse. For international applicants or those who have completed education Copenhagen Fashion Week offers a one time renumeration payment of 8,000 DKK for a 6 month internship placement.

Personal guide for AW26

As a personal guide during Copenhagen Fashion Week, you will be an indispensable part of the Nordic region's largest fashion event and will have the opportunity to experience fashion week up close.

Copenhagen Fashion Week invites selected international press people to the city in connection with Copenhagen Fashion Week AW26, taking place from 26–30 January 2026. As a personal guide you will be responsible for guiding our VIP guests through their busy schedules during Copenhagen Fashion Week including transporting them from A to B and in general help to create the absolute best experience of CPHFW and Copenhagen.

Working period:

  • Monday, 26 January – Friday, 30 January 2026
  • Long, full days, so flexibility is required

Your competencies:

  • Have a driver’s license for a car and experience of driving in Copenhagen's busy streets
  • Openminded and friendly
  • Responsible
  • Think clearly in stressful situations
  • Prior experience with service job is a plus

Practical information:

  • The job as personal guide is paid
  • CPHFW will provide cars
  • You will also need to attend a 1-hour meeting prior to Fashion Week

Furthermore, as a personal guide for the international press and other industry professionals, you are Copenhagen Fashion Week's public image. It is therefore important that you are outgoing, smiling and committed to the guests and the task.
