Freelance & Part Time Production Manager (Project Based Role)
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a capable, enthusiastic and collaborative freelance production manager to oversee the production of the SS26 edition.
This role will include but will not be limited to:
- Oversee production of all events during the SS26 edition, including Opening Reception, Talk Program, CPHFW Creative Hub, NEWTALENT Showroom and breakfast, Official dinner, roundtable
- Oversee production and on site execution of official venue for the SS26 edition including: official show / presentation space, Talk Program and Hub space, NEWTALENT Showroom. Working closely with Production Agency overseeing the venue alongside.
The position will be line managed by the COO.
The position is onsite in the CPHFW office, 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday ideally) from the start of May until mid August.

Sustainability Intern
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a structured and motivated Sustainability Intern to support our sustainability team. The starting date will be on 11 August 2025 and the internship lasts for 6 months.
You will join the organisation behind a fashion week that has gained international acclaim for our visionary approach to sustainability with a team of highly dedicated colleagues whose work ethics are high. You can learn more about our sustainability strategy on our website.
Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the execution of the Sustainability Requirements processes and its partnership network
- Assist in working with our partnership network including direct engagement as well as developing presentation material
- Researching on industry developments around fashion and sustainability
- Support in executing knowledge sharing activities such as webinars or workshops
The ideal profile:
- Relevant higher education preferably within sustainability, fashion and/or business administration
- Strong passion for sustainability and the fashion industry
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, outgoing team player who can work independently and take on responsibility for assignments
- Well-structured with a high attention to detail
The position:
- We expect a commitment of at least 10 hours/week. Working hours are flexible and to be agreed upon. Our office is located in Copenhagen, but we are open for you to work remotely
- The intern will receive a symbolic fee if not receiving SU (The Danish students' Grants and Loans Scheme)
