Office Manager
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a competent, proactive and collaborative Office Manager to join the team at the Store Strandstraede office. The role is a key figure in the company, and will work across the various departments to ensure the smooth running of a busy organisation and small, agile team. The role is a 4 day a week position in the office, Monday to Thursday inclusive. The hours are 09:00 – 17:00 CET.
Office Tasks
- Manage the orderly running of a busy office, including overseeing the general tidiness and organisation of the of the office itself, the external teams responsible for the office (cleaners, the laundry service), main point of contact for the office landlord, the presentation of lunch & refreshments for key external meetings held in the office
- Manage the lunch of the office
- Oversee any administrative tasks of the office
- Manage the info@ email and the company telephone
Wider Team Support Tasks
- Administrative support for Brand Relations
- Administrative support for Partnerships Relations
- Ad hoc support for COO & CEO
Competencies
- Extremely organized and comfortable with logistics
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- Competent and experienced individual who thrives in fast paced environments
- You are an empathetic team player who actively contributes to a warm social environment in the office
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing

Partnership & Project Assistant
Copenhagen Fashion Week is now looking for a Partnership & Project Assistant to join the Partnerships & Special Projects department for 6 months, with a start date of 1 September, 2025.
As Partnership & Project Assistant you will be part of our ambitious Partnerships & Special Projects department. You will work directly under Ann-Sophie Choi, Head of Global Partnerships, and will be trusted with supporting areas across the planning and execution of activities related to CPHFW’s partnerships and CPHFW projects.
Your tasks:
- Support across overseeing of commercial partnerships and their activations during CPHFW AW26
- Ensuring that all Partner Service related activities are planned and executed successfully, incl. coordination with brands on the official Show Schedule AW26
- Various ad hoc tasks related to the planning and execution of CPHFW AW26 taking place 27 - 30 January 2026
Your competences:
- You have great experience with Office Excel
- You have an understanding of what it takes to manage projects. Previous work experience with project management is a plus but not a requirement
- Structured, attention to detail, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player and has the courage for flexible working hours

Production & Culture Intern
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a structured and motivated Production & Culture Intern to join the department for 6 months, starting date being 15th of September 2025.
You will join the organisation behind a fashion week that has gained international acclaim for our visionary approach to sustainability, and you will also join a team of highly dedicated colleagues whose work ethics are high. You will work directly under the Director of Production and Culture, and will be trusted with supporting across both departments.
Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the coordination of events during fashion week
- Support Director of Production & Culture in all production of Copenhagen Fashion Week’s own events and venues during fashion week, including the Opening Ceremony, Talk Programme, showrooms and dinners etc.
- Coordinate and assist on logistics, such as VIP car service, press busses, help desks etc.
- Coordinate a team of volunteers for fashion week
- Support in the development of the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter
- Develop and research ethical initiatives
- Writing, copywriting of initiatives for CPHFW website
Your Profile
- You have experience within the fashion industry and/or production
- Structured, attention to detail, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- You are structured and keep a firm hand on plans and overviews in excel
- You are ambitious, reliable and hard-working and have a high energy level
- You thrive in a workplace with many nationalities and where the working language is English.
- You are an empathetic team player who actively contributes to a warm social environment in the office

Communications Intern
Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a full-time Communications Intern to join the Digital & Communications department for 6 months, starting in mid-October 2025.
As Communications Intern, you will be part of our ambitious Digital & Communications department. You will work directly under the Senior Manager of Communications & Brand Relations, and will be trusted with supporting across all our external communications to our global audience.
Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with creation of email newsletters
- Article writing, copywriting
- Assist in creation of all PR press releases
- PR research and interaction across all our target and current territories
- Social Media content: supporting Senior Comms Manager and implementing the communication strategy across SoMe platforms
- Website update across content and designer profiles
- Support across Guest Program (PR and Buyer), confirmation of target territory coverage and interaction from key retailers
- Support across Hospitality Implementation Program: organising flights and hotels for guest attendees
- Support across CPHFW Talk Schedule: logistics
- Update CPHFW Databases, researching publications and further contacts
- Additional ad hoc projects
Your competencies:
- Experienced in InDesign, office suite and technically adept
- Experience across various social media channels
- Structured, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and a team player
- Proactive and positive attitude and a self-starter
