Show & Presentation Schedule Information
Information relevant to the Official Show & Presentation schedule for AW25
Official Show & Presentation Schedule
Copenhagen Fashion Week has incorporated runway shows and presentations as two formats that will encompass the official show & presentation schedule. This merge will allow for a more expressive offering towards formats, partaking brands and reflect the Nordic fashion industry's creative landscape.
There will be a set number of presentation slots across the show slots, with the presentation slots allocated a 2 hour time slot. This 2 hour time slot will allow for guests to attend presentations in between the shows.
To apply for a presentation or show on the official show & presentation schedule, brands must apply through the official application form. All deadline dates are included in key dates below.

In case a brand decides to cancel participation after the 6th of December, the show & presentation schedule fee will not be reimbursed. A cancellation fee of 4.000 DKK will apply for accepted brands that pull out of the show & presentation schedule later than the 16th of December.
Danish Fashion Ethical Charter and Diversity
Brands must sign and agree to align with the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter. The brands who have not yet signed the document will receive it separately. Read more about the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter here. When partaking at Copenhagen Fashion Week, brands agree to consider diversity and inclusion for models as well as staff.
Brands must must recognise that diversity covers aspects such as gender, age, cultural background, nationality, ethnicity, physical/mental abilities, political and religious belief, sexual orientation. Inclusion is the process of involving, accepting, and respecting all people at the workplace and during the show regardless of their differences.
We strongly emphasise brands to not only focus on the model cast but to hire backstage staff with expertise on e.g. treating different skin and/or hair types and to brief them thoroughly with all information needed to treat models according to their needs.
