Information relevant to the SS26 Official Talk Programme

The importance of conversation and knowledge sharing around Copenhagen Fashion Week continues to grow with Copenhagen Fashion Week expanding its official talk programme to include programs from the wider creative community.

Any organisation, brand, collective or community that wishes to host a talk during Copenhagen Fashion Week can apply to have it listed as part of the official talk programme.

The purpose of the official talk programme is to both inspire, engage, and educate the Nordic and international audience that visit Copenhagen for Copenhagen Fashion Week, as well as the wider Copenhagen community. Talks can be hosted during the official days of each edition of Copenhagen Fashion Week running from the Monday to the Friday inclusively.

The timing is up to the organisers and it is fine for talks to overlap. The talks will be communicated throughout Copenhagen Fashion Week social channels but it will be the responsibility of the organiser to arrange, activate and execute their talk.

Talk Formats

A talk could be hosted by one or more speakers and moderators, and could be an open conversation that engages participants. The talk must take place physically, with a maximum timespan of 5 days (4 – 8 August 2025).

Considerations

Your talk programme should be able to host a number of guests and not be limited to a noticeably intimate audience. Copenhagen Fashion Week would like to to encourage the reach of all talks but this ultimately is down to the organiser.

  • Show & Presentation Schedule brands: Free
  • Talk schedule services for schools: 1.500 DKK
  • Talk schedule services for companies with less than DKK 1 million in annual turnover: 1.500 DKK
  • Talk services for companies between DKK 1-20 million in annual turnover: 3.000 DKK
  • Talk services for companies between DKK 20-50 million in annual turnover: 6.000 DKK
  • Talk services for companies between DKK 50-100 million in annual turnover: 8.000 DKK
  • Talk services for companies with more than or equal to DKK 100 million in annual turnover: 10.000 DKK

*The price is regardless of the timespan of the talk.
