The 80 NFTs are randomly distributed among the 600 sunglasses designed in the same iconic color as 1664's well-known blue bottle.

Kronenbourg 1664 and Messyweekend have joined forces in a collaboration under the name '1664 x MW Collab with a Twist' and transferred the color of the iconic blue bottle to two of Messyweekend's most popular models, the Bille and Downey. Each model comes in a numbered, limited edition of 300 pieces, which will be sold in selected dealers across the country.

As something very special, the collaboration with Messyweekend is accompanied by 80 unique NFTs that are randomly distributed as "golden tickets" in the sunglasses. The owners of the NFTs will, in addition to a digital token, receive two physical surprise drops during 2022 and receive a discount on Messyweekend. In addition, you will receive a ticket to the NFT Nordic conference, which takes place in Nikolaj Kunsthal from 13-14. August.

"With our commitment to fashion, design and art and as a sponsor of Copenhagen Fashion Week, it is obvious for 1664 to enter into a collaboration with some of Denmark's most innovative designers." says Amanda Lunding, Brand Manager, Premium Beer, Carlsberg Denmark. "The two capsule collections we made with 7 DAYS Active were received with great success, and therefore we are excited about the next step on the journey with MW, where we have chosen to expand the collab with 80 NFTs. We see it as a unique opportunity to connect fashion and art with the forward-thinking Blockchain technology, and thus expand the framework for what a beer brand can do, "says Amanda Lunding, Brand Manager, Premium Beer, Carlsberg Denmark.

Marc Østerskov, founder and CEO of Messyweekend adds: "We are proud to announce our collaboration with 1664, where we have dressed two of our most popular models in blue, limited editions. We have always worked to break down barriers and redefine the boundaries of the fashion industry. Therefore, we are excited to launch our first NFTs, which in addition to being a digital token, will provide access to exclusive drops from 1664 and Messyweekend, "concludes Marc Østerskov, founder and CEO of Messyweekend.

Over the summer, 1664 and Messyweekend take a trip around the country, where it is possible to experience the sunglasses. Here 1664 is also ready with beer, and there is an opportunity to ask questions and become wiser about what NFTs can do, how they can be used in the future and why 1664 and Messyweekend have created their own NFTs.
