Copenhagen Fashion Week Announces SS25 Recipients of CPHFW NEWTALENT
Copenhagen Fashion Week is delighted to announce the brands enrolled in the upcoming edition of CPHFW NEWTALENT, highlighting a continued dedication to fostering innovative Nordic talent.
This season, Berner Kühl will join the CPHFW NEWTALENT scheme, while Stamm and Alectra Rothschild / MASCULINA will present their second showcase, and Rolf Ekroth will present his third and final showcase as part of the scheme.
Bonnetje, Sól Hansdóttir and Stem will be awarded One To Watch for SS25, and will showcase through a presentation on the official show and presentation schedule.
Furthermore, the dedicated CPHFW NEWTALENT showroom will provide global industry leaders with an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the exceptional brands participating in the scheme as well as Frederik Taus represented by ALPHA and Sofia Ilmonen represented by Fashion in Helsinki.

During the SS25 season, CPHFW NEWTALENT will host a showroom introducing the Nordic and international press and buyer community to a selection of leading emerging designers of the Nordics. For the SS25 edition, the CPHFW NEWTALENT showroom will host 6 emerging designers, counting Berner Kühl, Rolf Ekroth, Stamm and Alectra Rothschild / MASCULINA represented by CPHFW, Frederik Taus represented by ALPHA and Sofia Ilmonen represented by Fashion in Helsinki.
Meet CPHFW NEWTALENT One To Watch
CPHFW NEWTALENT One To Watch is a recognition spotlight granted to a designer or brand with an exceptional creative vision. Alongside extensive communication by Copenhagen Fashion Week, the brands are provided a free slot on the official show & presentation schedule for showcasing their collection as a presentation or an installation during fashion week. For SS25, CPHFW NEWTALENT's One To Watch are Bonnetje, Sól Hansdóttir and Stem, who will all hold presentations as part of the August 2024 edition.

Copenhagen Fashion Week is proud to receive funding support for CPHFW NEWTALENT from a concise pool of industry leaders, recognising the value they place in uplifting the Nordic creative industry.
GANNI
Following their debut season as Patron in February, GANNI will continue to spotlight and champion CPHFW NEWTALENT talent by earmarking a financial bursary to support the next generation of designers. In addition to the financial bursary, GANNI will provide various mentorship opportunities to the new talent group and continue to create synergies between rising talent and fabric innovations.
Birger Christensen Collective
As Patron of CPHFW NEWTALENT, Birger Christensen Collective will continue their financial support to the brands part of the scheme via bursaries earmarked for their showcases during the August edition of Copenhagen Fashion Week, as well as advice as part of the CPHFW NEWTALENT mentor program.
ESPRIT
ESPRIT is investing into the Nordic fashion industry’s future by continuing their role of Patron of CPHFW NEWTALENT, nurturing emergent voices and supporting young creatives to ensure innovation and diversity for new generations. In addition to their financial support, ESPRIT will once again participate in the official SS25 Talk Programme.

ALPHA
ALPHA is a talent incubator empowering the best-emerging talents and graduates from the Nordic countries. ALPHA and Copenhagen Fashion Week have teamed up to promote and support the best of Nordic talent through both platforms.
Special Advisor Ane Lynge-Jorlén
Ane Lynge-Jorlén supports and contributes to CPHFW NEWTALENT as Special Advisor to the Copenhagen Fashion Week team. Ane Lynge-Jorlén plays an active role in advising on new emerging brands for CPHFW NEWTALENT, and provides consultancy.
Show Advisors Transition and inter.agcy
Transition and inter.agcy have offered 1-on-1 sessions with the brands part of the scheme in the lead-up to fashion week, to advise on and prepare the brands for their showcases.

CPHFW NEWTALENT is a talent support scheme for Nordic emerging brands with less than five years in business. Established by Copenhagen Fashion Week to nurture, develop, and promote emerging Nordic talent on a global scale, the scheme creates new opportunities for three to four emerging designers per season via monetary support, mentorships, partnership offerings, professional advisors, onboarding to the official Copenhagen Fashion Week show and presentation schedule, event participation, showroom activations, alumni network, and extensive PR through Copenhagen Fashion Week's international community and channels.
