Applications for the AW25 official event & talk schedule are now open.

The official event and talk schedule will be visible on our website just like the official show & presentation schedule, making it visible to our global website visitors during AW25 and is a unique opportunity for companies both within the fashion industry and beyond to be a part of Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Events and talks listed on the official schedule may overlap, unlike the official show & presentation schedule where shows and presentations have exclusive slots. As part of the official event and talk schedule, you will be provided with an online profile on our website, featuring an image of your choice, as well as details about your event or talk, and company.

Considerations

Should you be hosting an event with a small capacity or a dinner format and would like to specify who from the hospitality guest program will be invited, please flag to the application confirmation email you will be receiving after submission, otherwise we will expose your event to the full guest program
