Creative Hub: Ruby Redstone x Emma Nissen Beading workshop

For SS27, Copenhagen Fashion Week introduces the CPHFW Creative Hub, a space dedicated to showcasing innovation and creative expression within fashion and beyond.

Designer Emma Nissen and fashion historian Ruby Redstone will lead a workshop exploring the art of beading, highlighting how Danish craft traditions continue to inspire and shape the contemporary fashion industry. Participants will learn how to apply Murano glass beads to their own flip flops, creating a unique and personalised pair of shoes.

Beads will be provided, but please bring your own flip flops or shoes to customise. Places are available on a first come, first served basis.

The Creative Hub will run from 5–6 August, featuring a range of activations that are open to all on a first come, first served basis.
