Copenhagen Fashion Week is pleased to continue its partnership with the Wessel & Vett Fashion Prize as a Strategic Partner. Formerly known as the Magasin du Nord Fashion Prize, the Wessel & Vett Fashion Prize honors the talent and expertise of Danish fashion designers and brands. Established in 2012 by the Wessel & Vett Foundation, the prize reflects the foundation’s core values of entrepreneurship and fashion innovation. It serves as a tribute to the legacy of Magasin du Nord, a historic fashion institution, and to the commitment of the foundation’s board members, descendants of the department store’s founders, Theodor Wessel and Emil Vett, to nurturing Danish design talent.
