Emmerys, Store Strandstræde.

No one does my morning latte (on oatmilk, of course) better. The rye bread ‘maltrugbrød’ is my all-time favorite – and the cinnamon bun is hard to resist on Sundays.

Apollo Bar

I am sure everyone knows this lovely fashion place – or at least the owner Frederik Bille Brahe and his sweet, beautiful model girlfriend Caroline Brasch, who actually helps him out – and there is a good reason for that. The food is healthy, pure, and honest (and yes, very photogenic), the atmosphere is bubbly, and it is one of my favorite places to sit at the bar with good friends and a glass of wine.

The Organic Boho

My go-to take-out place, with colorful salads, tasty meat-free burgers with the best sweet potato fries, and delicious smoothies and juices. And don’t miss out on the rainbow brunch. Perhaps my favorite brunch plate.
