Based in Copenhagen and owned and run by husband-and-wife team Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup and Founder Nicolaj Reffstrup, Ganni has developed exponentially with its Scandi 2.0 sense of style.

From Copenhagen, Ganni is a global fashion brand of the future.
Founded and run by husband-and-wife team, Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup and Founder Nicolaj Reffstrup since 2009, Ganni is the next iteration of Scandinavian style - Scandi 2.0.

Ganni inspired by the people who wear them, making collections to connect instantly with their community; #gannigirls a global hashtag with +55,000 tags is a movement of people whose personal style is a form of self-expression – confident, free and uncomplicated and who march to their own beat.
Ganni is a state of mind, an attitude more than a way of dressing – everyone is welcome.

In December 2017, Ganni partnered with LVMH funded L Catterton, the global leader in consumer brand investments, to help support Ganni in fully achieving its international potential and exciting growth and now has offices in Copenhagen, London and New York with stores in Scandinavia, London and the U.S.

Sustainability

Ganni doesn't identify as a sustainable brand. It recognises the inherent contradiction between the current fashion industry that thrives off newness and consumption, and the concept of sustainability. Instead, they are focused on becoming the most responsible version of themselves. Committed to making better choices every day across the business to minimise our social and environmental impact. They believe that minimising their impact on the planet is their moral obligation. To date Ganni have introduced more than 30 sustainable initiatives inside and outside Ganni, such as working to the 3 UN Sustainable Development Goals, Gender Equality, Responsible Production and Consumption, and Climate Action, and committed to the targets set out in UNFCCC, NPEC & GFA. The last year has seen Ganni introduce over 30+ responsible initiatives, including a take-back scheme, rental platform & introducing and increasing more certified, organic & recycled fabrics into our collections. Ganni have set ourselves 44 goals over the next 3+ years to help stay accountable and on track in their journey. As Ganni takes further steps in becoming more responsible, they promise to be open and transparent about their journey.
