Forever Against Animal Testing 

In 2017 The Body Shop launched the international and groundbreaking campaign Forever Against Animal Testing. The goal is to achieve 8 million signatures to call for a global ban on animal testing in cosmetics. Together with the animal rights organization Cruelty Free International The Body Shop has been part of completing the EU prohibition against animal testing within the cosmetics industry. The ambition is now a global ban for the remaining 80 % of the world’s countries, who still haven’t gotten a law against animal testing within the cosmetics industry.

Reforestation of 75 millions m2 rainforest

The Body Shop now expands its bio bridges program for reforestation of the rainforest with World Bio Bridges Mission. The program re-establishes animal corridors between isolating parts of the rainforest and helps endangered species to reproduce and survive. The goal is to get reafforestated 75 million m2. within 2020.
