CPHFW partners with Danish-inspired watch and jewellery brand, Skagen

Copenhagen Fashion Week are excited to announce that Skagen are joining as a partner for the year ahead, the commencement of the partnership coinciding with the AW21 Digital Edition.

The year-long partnership will be starting in February 2021 and will be coinciding with the Autumn-winter fashion week. The two organisations share the core values of sustainability and being deeply rooted in Scandinavian fashion and design communities, and so the partnership will offer a unique opportunity to creating inspiring editorial content.

Skagen has been established since 1989. Inspired by the Danish coastline and Skagen city, the brand embraced Danish minimalism, creating slim styles and colour combinations that reflect a quiet, coastal living. It is a style that is still authentic to us today. Denmark has much to celebrate, as Skagen honours the heritage.

2019 Skagen and CPHFW first collaborated together with Helmstedt. The brand co-designed a collection that walked the runway in August 2018 and then again in February 2020. Skagen was inspired by Copenhagen Fashion was inspired by all the esteemed designers and global influencer that partook in the biannual fashion week.

Skagen and Copenhagen Fashion Week will execute collaborations with Scandinavian designers, programs with global ambassadors, authentic conversations surrounding sustainability in fashion and more.
